My first BUP, in  light blue GGH Samoa.  I think Bonne Marie is a genius!  (this is my first reference link to somebody so important.  Hope I did it right!)  I wish that all knit pattern instructions were as complete and helpful to beginners.  I love this yarn.  It is soft and spongy and knits beautifully.  I made the medium size, but continued to a longer "body" to cover more of the cranium.  I have looked at quite a few completed BUP and did not like how they "stopped short", or so I thought.  I think I am definitely going to order the Chickami next!
