LONG TIME, NO BLOG

Something happened to me today and I finished about 4 little projects I had stuffed away. Will try to post pics later. 1st was the little Bethany Booties on the Berocco website. 2nd was a little hat from Last minute Knitted Gifts. 3rd was a Rowan Poncho, and 4th was an Aura Cap from Calmer that I never sewed together. I hope to keep this up! I have a BUNCH of stuff that is languishing in the depths of my knitting bag(s).

I am excited about Stitches West! My friend Joanne and I will be heading up on Friday morning, hittin' the Market, attending a couple of classes on Sat., then heading home. I have no idea what to expect, never done anything like this.

Oh, hit the big 4-3 on the 18th. Got lots of pink stuff. Pink iPod, pink KitchenAid blender, pink KitchenAid coffee grinder. I already had this in pink, so the family just took it from there. My kitchen is sort of 50's retro, with pinks and greens. Plus, KitchenAid donates to breast cancer research on these pink appliances, COOL! I think I need to order those pink spatulas and cutting board....... for the cause of course.
